Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake​

This protein shake recipe is both high in protein but also in fast-acting carbohydrates, making it ideal for that anabolic window post-workout.

Also, we’ve subbed out the real peanut butter for an extract that tastes exactly the same but doesn’t provide the same fat content.

We’ve got nothing against healthy fats but you want protein and simple carbs after a workout – not globs of peanut butter.

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 whole date
  • Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 to 2 scoops of SP50
  • 1 scoop of peanut butter powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of milk or almond milk
  • Few small ice cubes

How to Prepare

STEP ONE: Place the frozen banana, date, salt, SP50, peanut butter powder, cocoa powder, and milk into the blender. For a thicker shake, use less milk.

STEP TWO: Blend them together.

Vanilla Pumpkin Pie Shake

  • ¾ cup of uncooked oats

How to Prepare
